We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Financial Services Manager to join our clients offices covering Leicestershire, Warwickshire and South Birmingham.
The company is a large well respected Estate Agency with a fantastic success rate in sales.
The position comes with an excellent basic and commission scheme which will ensure the best earning potential.
You will need to have full cemap qualifications and have a good educational background
We are looking for candidates who have good leadership skills and be able to motivate and work towards sales targets.
Purpose of Role & Skills required:
Observance of all compliance requirements
Administration in accordance with Company policy & procedure
• Win business in Mortages and Related Aviva Life Products
• Maintain knowledge of products, Legislation & selling rules

A successful Financial Services Manager is professional and friendly with excellent communication skills. They have ambition and a real desire to succeed and develop. They shall take every opportunity to win business and work very closely with the sales team to ensure the completion levels are being met. Strong customer focus and self motivation is paramount in this role.
You must have at least 10 years experience in Financial Services. Estate Agency is preferable but not essential. Experience in managing a team of Financial Consultants selling insurance.
The right candidate will have excellent earning potential with a fantastic commission structure. You will be working for a leading and well respected brand name in the industry.
