We are currently looking to recruit an outstanding Lettings Assistant Branch Manager for a leading Residential Lettings Agency
If you are currently working as a Lettings Assistant Branch Manager and are a proven Residential Lettings Person with excellent management skills, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
Purpose of Role
A Lettings Assistant Manager is not only a manager. They are the motivator of others. They should be someone who is able to assist the Branch manager in leading, inspiring and motivating their team to succeed. Their success will be through others. They will have a desire to coach and develop their colleagues and to ensure they always know where they are going and where they need to be in the business.
As a successful Assistant Branch Manager, you will give your branch clear vision and direction. You will take every opportunity to evaluate and build self confidence through positive energy and motivation.
The right candidate will have excellent earning potential with an un capped commission structure. You will be working for a leading and well respected brand name in the industry.

Experience/Qualifications required:
• Previous Estate Agency experience is desirable but our client will look at candidates who have a fantastic proven track record within a sales environment.
• Management/supervisory experience within a sales targeted environment would be desirable.
