Our leading and well respected client is looking to recruit a Senior Sales negotiator for their exciting and busy branch. They want the best in the business and will offer a fantastic overall package to get the right team member in place.
Purpose of role:
To support and inspire the growth and development of the brand in line with our client’s vision and future business growth! You will be part of building a robust, sustainable and respected Estate Agency brand and work for a company that will make you and them proud.
A Senior Sales Negotiator is a self starter and has lots of self motivation. They will be someone who is hungry to succeed. Their success will be through a determination and commitment to win business. They will have a passion for excellent customer service.
A successful Senior Sales Negotiator will win the business of the customer and have full awareness of current legislation in this environment. They are proactive in generating business and have a clear vision and direction. They shall take every opportunity to close deals and will have a strong friendly personality and a great work ethos. You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to build rapport and maintain long term business relationships.
The right candidate will have excellent earning potential with a fantastic commission structure. You will be working for a leading and well respected brand name in the industry.
