Our leading and well respected Estate Agency is looking to recruit a Trainee Sales negotiator for their exciting and busy branch. They want the best in the business and will offer a fantastic overall package to get the right team member in place.
Purpose of role:
To support and inspire the growth and development of the brand in line with our client’s vision and future business growth! You will be part of building a robust, sustainable and respected Estate Agency brand and work for an Estate Agency that will make you and them proud.
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator you must have a passion for winning business and be target driven. You will be encouraged to take ownership of the issues that confront you. You will be continually recognised for your commitment and initiative. They will be someone who is hungry to succeed. Their success will be through a determination and commitment to win business. They will have a passion for excellent customer service.
The right candidate will have excellent earning potential with a fantastic commission structure. You will be working for a leading and well respected brand name within the Estate Agency industry and will be offered all the training support you require to help fast track you to the Senior position you desire.
Essential Skills for the successful Lettings Negotiator role include:

• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

• Strong admin and IT skills
• Full clean driving licence
Experience/Qualifications required:
• Previous experience within a target driven environment would be a distinct advantage.
